Three held for stealing 363 HRX T-shirts from Greater Noida garment company

Police in Greater Noida have arrested three men in connection with a theft at a garment company, recovering 363 stolen HRX Lifestyle T-shirts from their possession. The arrests were made on August 24, 2026, by Ecotech-3 police station officers acting on local intelligence and confidential information.

The accused include two security guards employed at the victim's company—Alok Kumar, 26, son of Satish Chandra, and Sarik Ahmad, 28, son of Kaleem Ahmad—along with Keshav Prasad, 55, son of the late Natthi Singh, who allegedly purchased the stolen goods. All three were apprehended near Debu Company premises in the Ecotech-3 area.

Alok Kumar originally hails from Ramnagar Astal in Farrukhabad's Kamalganj area but currently resides in Sutyana village under Ecotech-3 jurisdiction. Sarik Ahmad's native place is Shekhpur Lala in Bijnaur's Nahtaur area, though he now lives in J.J. Colony, Sector 9, under Phase-1 police station limits. Keshav Prasad is a resident of Ali Village in New Delhi's Sarita Vihar area.

A case has been registered under sections 306 and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Ecotech-3 police station, case number 350/2026. The police action follows complaints about thefts at the company, which manufactures or stores HRX Lifestyle branded apparel.

The arrests highlight security vulnerabilities when insiders collude with external buyers to pilfer goods. Investigators suspect the security guards exploited their access to systematically steal merchandise, which was then sold to Keshav Prasad. Police are continuing their investigation to determine whether the recovered items represent the full extent of the theft or if additional stolen goods remain unaccounted for. Further interrogation may reveal the operation's duration and the total value of merchandise stolen from the company premises.
