Saraswati Institute in Hapur Welcomes Newly Admitted MBBS Batch 2026 Students

An orientation and welcome ceremony was organised at the Saraswati Institute of Medical Science in Hapur for students of the newly admitted MBBS batch 2026. The programme was held in the college auditorium and introduced the students to the academic environment of medical education, the curriculum, institutional rules, student welfare, hostel arrangements and the responsibilities linked to the medical profession.

The programme began with a recitation of Vande Mataram. This was followed by the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp and Saraswati Vandana as part of the welcome ceremony.

The institute’s Principal, Dr. Barkha Gupta, welcomed the newly admitted students. She urged them to remain dedicated to medical education and maintain discipline and continuous hard work throughout their academic journey.

Dr. Ramya Ramchandren, Vice Chairperson of Saraswati Group of Institutions, encouraged the students to pursue academic excellence while also adopting human values. She emphasised that medical education involves gaining the knowledge and skills that can contribute to making human life better.

The institute’s Founder and Chairman, Dr. J. Ramchandran, sent his message for the newly admitted students and extended his best wishes for their academic journey.

The ceremony was attended by Director Raghuvar Dutt and General Manager N. Vardharajan. Senior Advisor Brigadier Dr. R. K. Sehgal and Medical Superintendent Brigadier Dr. Vineet Rastogi were also present.

Deepak K. Sharma, Media Manager, along with senior officials of the institute, heads of various departments and faculty members, attended the programme. The event focused on helping the new students understand the academic, institutional and professional aspects of their medical education as they begin their journey with the MBBS batch 2026.
