Rotary Club of Noida: A Model For Empowering Daughters

The Rotary Club of Noida has highlighted its work in social service and women’s empowerment through a three-month free beautician vocational training course organised for girls in Greater Noida. The initiative was aimed at opening a path for skill development and bringing a new sense of self-reliance into the lives of young girls who want to move forward despite economic challenges.

The course was conducted completely free of cost. Its purpose was to provide vocational training to girls who face financial difficulties but still wish to build a better future for themselves. By learning beautician skills, the participants were given an opportunity to develop a practical ability that can help them earn and support their education as well as their families.

After the completion of the course, the Rotary Club of Noida presented certificates to all the participants. The entire programme was held at Janata Inter College. The certificate distribution marked not only the completion of the training, but also recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by the girls during the course.

The girls who completed the course shared their experiences and said they are continuing their studies along with work. They said that through this skill, they are arranging money for their college fees and are also helping their families financially. The participants expressed heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of the Rotary Club of Noida, especially Rashmi Ma’am and Preeti Ma’am. They said the supervision and guidance provided by them played an important role in making this effort successful.
