Roshan Anand alleges Khan Sir's involvement in brother's death; Khan

Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching in Patna, has alleged that Faizal Khan, known as Khan Sir, and R.S. Prasad, owner of Kisan Cold Store, conspired to kill his brother, Prince Yadav. On Monday, Roshan Anand, who was recently granted bail in a stone-pelting case involving Khan Sir's coaching center, made these accusations after being released from Beur Jail. He claimed, "Why did my brother die only after I was jailed? This is a conspiracy."

Prince Yadav's body was found on Sunday in a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal, with injury marks near his eye. His last rites are scheduled to take place in Saharsa. Khan Sir, however, has denied the allegations, stating that Prince was a close friend and had been unwell for some time. In a video statement, Khan Sir expressed condolences and said, "Prince was already sick. No one killed him." He also cited a news clip where Prince's friends mentioned his ongoing medical treatment and prior health issues.

Meanwhile, Roshan Anand's lawyer, Ramakant Sharma, argued in court that Roshan was not involved in the earlier FIR filed after a June 2 attack on Khan Sir's coaching center, where Prince was also named as an accused. The court advised both parties to maintain professional conduct and avoid criminal activities.

Tej Pratap Yadav, national president of Jan Shakti Janata Dal, has also accused Khan Sir of orchestrating Prince's death, calling for a thorough investigation and strict action against those found guilty. He further demanded that Roshan Anand be granted parole to attend his brother's last rites.

Khan Sir has called for a high-level investigation into the matter, stating, "If anyone is found guilty, they should face the strictest punishment, including the death penalty." He also expressed readiness to support the grieving family in any way possible.
