Report Alleges Female Sub-Inspector, Home Guard’s Role in Nalanda Constable’s Death

New allegations have emerged in the case linked to the death of constable Ajit Kumar in Pawapuri, Nalanda, raising questions about the investigation. According to a local news report, claims have been made about the alleged role of a female sub-inspector and a home guard in the case.

The claim reported in the investigation is that the gunfire was allegedly carried out through the home guard. However, this remains an allegation reported in connection with the case and cannot be treated as a final judicial conclusion.

The matter is considered serious because it involves the death of a police personnel and an investigation into an alleged role within the police department. The exact sequence of events, the circumstances in which the firing took place and the responsibility of the people concerned will be established only through the official investigation and the court process.

The reported claims have therefore raised questions about the investigation, but the final position will depend on verified findings from the authorities and the judicial proceedings. If a verified photograph of the spot or the police investigation is unavailable, the image used should be identified as a representative photograph.
