Pratapgarh SP Deepak Bhukar Directs Officials To Resolve Public Complaints Quickly

A Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organised at Sadar Tehsil in Pratapgarh on Saturday, where Superintendent of Police Deepak Bhukar heard the problems brought by complainants and directed the concerned officials to ensure their complaints were resolved quickly and properly.

People who came from different areas apprised the officials of various issues, including revenue matters, police-related complaints, land disputes, family disputes and other problems.

While listening to the complaints, SP Deepak Bhukar took them seriously and sought information from the concerned officials at the spot itself. He directed the officials to ensure that there was no negligence in resolving public grievances.

He said all complaints must be addressed on a priority basis and that complainants should not be troubled unnecessarily. The directions were issued during the public grievance hearing held at Sadar Tehsil.

Sadar Sub-Divisional Magistrate Anushka Sharma, City Circle Officer Ashutosh Mishra and City Kotwal Subhash Kumar Yadav were among the concerned officials and employees present during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas.

The officials recorded the complaints received during the programme and directed the concerned departments to take action on them. The complaints were sent to the relevant departments for necessary follow-up and resolution.

Officials said that, in line with the government’s intent, public grievance hearings would be made effective and the complaints would be resolved within the stipulated time. They also said the complaints received during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas would be taken up for action by the concerned departments.
