Speaking to the diaspora, he expressed gratitude for their role in strengthening bilateral relations and conveyed the best wishes of 1.4 billion Indians.

During his speech, PM Modi praised Paris as the "City of Light," known for its diversity, creativity, and innovation. He acknowledged the contributions of Indians from various states—Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengal—who have added vibrant colors to the city.

Reflecting on his tenure, the Prime Minister emphasized that serving as India's elected leader for 12 years has been a privilege. He noted that during this period, India's GDP, the number of airports, universities, and highways have all doubled. He also highlighted that 25 crore people have risen out of poverty, exports have increased 35 times, and the number of mobile manufacturing units has grown 100-fold.

PM Modi underscored that India's progress is not limited to economic growth but also represents a story of social transformation. He pointed out that financial inclusion has become a movement, ensuring every family, regardless of economic status, has access to a bank account.

Discussing India's aspirations, he mentioned advancements in space exploration, including the successful landing of Chandrayaan on the Moon's south pole and ongoing preparations for the Gaganyaan mission and a future space station. He also highlighted India's leadership in green energy, particularly solar power and green hydrogen, as well as breakthroughs in advanced nuclear energy.

PM Modi emphasized India's emergence as a reliable global partner, noting the importance of trust in international relations. He shared India's vision for inclusive global governance and sustainable growth, as articulated during the G7 summit.

On trade relations, the Prime Minister highlighted India's increasing engagements with countries worldwide, including free trade agreements with the European Union and the United Kingdom. He announced that a trade agreement with the UK will be implemented next month, creating new opportunities for farmers, workers, and innovators in India.

The Prime Minister also discussed the "Special Global Strategic Partnership" between India and France, which spans defense, space, nuclear energy, artificial intelligence, and high-speed railways. He revealed plans to jointly launch the 'Trishna' satellite next year, aimed at enhancing global food and water security.
