Sunil Kumar is an employee of the Municipal Council and is currently posted at the Hathras Collectorate. The organisation’s office-bearers raised objections to his continued posting there and sought action from the District Magistrate.
According to the memorandum, Sunil Kumar has been attached to the Collectorate since 2009. It said that he has been working at the LBC desk for around five years.
The office-bearers alleged that because of his long posting at the same place, complaints related to corruption and assets disproportionate to income had been made against him. However, these allegations have not been independently verified.
