Muzaffarnagar Man Seeks Fair Probe, Examination Of Parents' And Brothers' Roles

In Muzaffarnagar, Saurabh, son of Dinesh and a resident of Baghra village under the Titawi police station area, has sought a fair investigation into a case registered against him and his family members. He has submitted an application to the Senior Superintendent of Police, requesting that the role of his parents and both brothers also be examined in the matter.

According to the application, Saurabh got married to Payal on 28 December 2022. The application states that, due to family circumstances, his parents separated him and his wife from their immovable property and family matters on 7 June 2023.

After this, Saurabh and his wife began living in the Rampur Tiraha area. Saurabh has alleged that following a dispute between his wife and her in-laws, a case was registered against him and members of his family.

He has claimed that, at the time of the incident, his parents and both his brothers were not living with him. On this basis, he has requested that their role in the case be separately examined during the investigation.

Saurabh has also sought an examination of documents and bank records related to a loan taken from Jan Small Finance Bank. He has asked the Senior Superintendent of Police to ensure that these records are included in the investigation.

In his application, Saurabh requested that the matter be investigated fairly by a competent officer. He also sought the recording of statements of all relevant parties and a review of the available evidence.

Saurabh further requested that people found innocent during the investigation should be protected from unnecessary harassment. His demand is for the entire matter, including the role of each family member and the documents linked to the bank loan, to be examined impartially.
