JMS Group of Institutions gets 160 NCC seats, becomes major military training hub

JMS Group of Institutions in Hapud has achieved a historic milestone with the allocation of 160 seats for the National Cadet Corps (NCC), turning the prestigious educational institution into a major centre of pride, discipline and patriotism not just in Hapud but across the entire Paschimanchal region.

The announcement was made directly at the institution's campus by Colonel Vijayant Sharda, Commanding Officer of the 38 NCC Battalion in Hapud district, accompanied by Major Sanjay Dhama. The officials personally visited JMS Group to inform them about the allocation of 160 NCC seats, sending a wave of joy through the institution's premises. Students have shown tremendous enthusiasm following the news.

Speaking on the occasion, Colonel Vijayant Sharda said this opportunity will provide young people with excellent training in military discipline, leadership ability, physical proficiency, character building and selfless national service. He explained that through NCC training, students will not only be inspired to become empowered citizens but will also be fully prepared to contribute to the country's defence borders and administrative services in the coming years.

The institution's leadership hailed the achievement as a historic and unforgettable moment for the entire JMS family. Founder Chairman Rakesh Singhal, Vice Chairman Dr Himanshu Singhal, Secretary Dr Rohan Singhal, Managing Director Dr Ayush Singhal and the institution's Director General Professor Dr Subhash Gautam collectively described the development as a landmark occasion.
