Intermediate Student Killed In Head-On Bike Collision, Family In Shock

A Class 11 student died after two motorcycles collided head-on near Fauji Dhaba on Ghuisarnath Road in the Lalganj police station area of Pratapgarh on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Nitish Kashyap, about 16 years old, son of Manoj Kumar Kashyap. He was a resident of Padmakarpur under Sangipur police station. Nitish was a Class 11 student at Dwarika Nath Mishra Inter College, Kotwa Shukulpur.

According to the information available, Nitish was travelling by motorcycle towards Lalganj when the accident took place. As he reached near Fauji Dhaba on Ghuisarnath Road, his motorcycle collided forcefully with another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction.

Nitish was seriously injured in the collision and died after the accident. As soon as the family received information about the incident, there was chaos and grief at home.

Family members said Nitish was one of four brothers. His brothers have been named as Nitin, Jatin and Shivam. He had no sister. Nitish’s father, Manoj Kumar Kashyap, lives in Bengaluru and works as a vehicle driver.

The news of the accident plunged the family into mourning. The crash took place in the Lalganj police station area, on the stretch of Ghuisarnath Road near Fauji Dhaba, where the two bikes reportedly hit each other head-on.
