Gurmitkal Police Solve Theft Case in 24 Hours, Arrest Suspect

The Gurmitkal Police have swiftly solved a theft case within 24 hours of it being reported, arresting the accused and recovering most of the stolen property. The incident, which took place in Edepalli village under Gurmitkal Police limits, involved the theft of 30 grams of gold ornaments and ₹10,000 in cash from a local residence.

Police Inspector Doulat N. Kuri led the investigation with a special team, successfully identifying and apprehending the suspect, Narasimha, a resident of Edepalli village. The team recovered stolen gold ornaments valued at ₹4.50 lakh and ₹8,000 in cash. The quick resolution of the case has been widely appreciated by local authorities and residents alike.

Superintendent of Police Pruthvik Shankar lauded the police team for their swift and efficient work in solving the case and recovering the stolen items. "This is a commendable effort by the team, showcasing their dedication and skill in maintaining law and order," he said.

The investigation team included Sub-Inspectors Alla Baksh Shabadi and Chandrappa, along with constables Narendra Reddy, Raheem, Ashok, and other staff members. Their coordinated efforts ensured the case was resolved in record time, bringing relief to the victim and boosting public confidence in local law enforcement.
