Ghaziabad schools to celebrate Independence Day with special events on August 15

The District Magistrate of Ghaziabad has directed all schools in the district to remain open on August 15 and organize special events to mark Independence Day. The celebrations aim to promote patriotism and community participation through various initiatives.

As part of the festivities, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign will encourage residents to display the national flag at their homes. Additionally, the ‘Ek Ped Desh Ke Naam’ initiative will involve tree plantation drives, emphasizing environmental responsibility alongside patriotic spirit.

Schools will host activities such as flag hoisting ceremonies and cultural programs centered on themes of national pride. These events are expected to instill a sense of patriotism among students and the wider community.
