Foundation ceremony held in Tundla for Ahilyabai Holkar statue

A bhumi pujan ceremony was held in Tundla for the installation of a statue of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, in an initiative aimed at honouring her memory in Firozabad.

Ahilyabai Holkar, remembered as a symbol of religion and faith, an example of justice and good governance, and a leader dedicated to public welfare, continues to inspire society through her life of sacrifice, service and protection of religious heritage.

The initiative to install her statue was taken forward through the tireless efforts of Prempal Singh Dhangar, MLA from the Tundla Assembly constituency. Speaking at the gathering on the occasion, the विधायक recalled the inspiring life of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar, her justice-oriented rule and her work for public welfare.

Ahilyabai Holkar made a notable contribution to the restoration of temples, the protection of religious sites and the cause of public service. Her statue will inspire future generations to follow the values of service, dedication and social welfare.
