Leaving such a position is a decision few would dare to make. That is why a recent Instagram post by Nishant Tomar, a former Delhi Police officer, has captured widespread attention online. In the post, Tomar shared his story of leaving his government job in 2023, moving to Australia, and starting over despite the uncertainties that lay ahead.

Today, Tomar is a homeowner and works as a real estate agent in Adelaide, Australia.
