Bulandshahr police arrest five in major vehicle theft bust

Bulandshahr: In a major breakthrough, Sikandrabad police have busted an inter-state vehicle theft gang and arrested five suspects during a routine check near the Bilsuri underpass. The accused were caught with two stolen motorcycles, and further investigation led to the recovery of three more stolen bikes based on their information.

According to the police, the gang specialized in stealing bikes on demand and selling them in Badaun. The recovered motorcycles were reportedly stolen from Sikandrabad and Ghaziabad. The arrests mark a significant step in curbing vehicle thefts in the region.

Authorities are now probing deeper into the gang's operations to identify other members and their network. This bust highlights the growing issue of organized vehicle theft in Uttar Pradesh, with gangs often operating across state borders.
