BJP's Ashish Agarwal Seeks Simple Gwalior Welcome, No Banners Or Garlands

BJP national media coordinator Ashish Agarwal will visit Gwalior on 27 September and has appealed to party workers and supporters to keep his welcome simple, without banners, hoardings, flowers or garlands.

Ahead of his arrival in Gwalior, Agarwal said that no resources should be spent on putting up banners or hoardings, and no flower garlands should be arranged for his reception. Instead, he urged workers to use both time and money for service-oriented activities.

Agarwal appealed to BJP workers and supporters to maintain simplicity during his visit. He said that instead of spending resources on welcoming him, workers should devote their time to work connected with social concerns.

He also urged party workers to take part in service activities for the needy and for society through the “Seva Sankalp Abhiyan”. His appeal focused on directing organisational energy away from formal reception arrangements and towards activities that benefit people.

Referring to the greetings he has been receiving after being given a new responsibility, Agarwal thanked BJP workers and supporters. He said the trust, affection and blessings of party workers were a greater honour for him than any formal welcome.

Agarwal said the affection of workers itself was his respect and recognition. He stated that he would carry out the organisational responsibility with full commitment, drawing inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s service resolve and the leadership of BJP national president Nitin Naveen.

He asked workers not to focus on preparations for his welcome in Gwalior, but to give priority to service work. According to him, the money and time that could otherwise be spent on reception arrangements should be used for activities linked to service.

Agarwal also stressed the need to strengthen discipline, dedication and the spirit of service within the organisation. He said that if the energy of workers is channelled into social service, it strengthens the sense of responsibility towards both the organisation and society.

He called on workers to take part in service activities during his visit and to keep the entire programme simple.
