BJP MLA urges Nitin Gadkari to upgrade NH-730 to four lanes

Shravasti BJP MLA Ram Feran Pandey has urged Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari to upgrade the Bahraich-Balrampur National Highway (NH-730) into a four-lane road. The MLA submitted a formal letter to the minister during their meeting today, emphasizing the importance of this project for the region.

Taking to social media, Pandey highlighted that NH-730 serves as a crucial route for millions of residents in Shravasti and nearby districts. He stated that expanding the highway to four lanes would not only ease traffic congestion but also boost connectivity, create employment opportunities, and pave the way for regional development. "This project will open new doors for progress and help improve the future of the people in the district," Pandey said in his post.

The MLA has requested the central government to approve the project at the earliest, citing its potential to transform the area’s infrastructure and economy. He stressed that smoother transportation would benefit local businesses and attract investment, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for residents.

NH-730 is a vital link for Shravasti, a district known for its historical and cultural significance.
