Amethi's New District Magistrate Shashank Chaudhary Gets Into Action Mode After Taking Charge

In Amethi, newly appointed District Magistrate Shanshak Chaudhary was seen in action mode soon after taking charge, as he carried out a surprise inspection of the district hospital after interacting with the media.

During the inspection, DM Shanshak Chaudhary saw dirt spread across the hospital premises and reprimanded officials of the health department. He reviewed the situation inside the hospital and took stock of the OPD, dialysis centre and pathology centres.

The District Magistrate also spoke to the patients and attendants present in the hospital and asked about the condition of health services and arrangements. His inspection focused on the facilities available to people visiting the hospital and the functioning of key medical units.

After the inspection, the DM issued strict instructions to the CMO and CMS. Directions were also given to quickly complete work related to the NHM fund available for improving the poor health arrangements.

The DM said, “मेरा द्वारा दूसरी बार जब भी निरीक्षण किया जायेगा तो सारी व्यवस्थाएं दुरुस्त रहनी चाहिए,” and gave a strict warning on the issue.
