Yadavendra Pratap Singh appointed BJP Brij region Vice President after four decades

Yadavendra Pratap Singh has been appointed Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Brij region, a recognition of his four decades of organizational dedication and service to the nationalist ideology. Singh's organizational journey began in 1977 when he joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. In 1986, he became associated with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Subsequently, he held several important positions including Agra Mahanagar Prachar Mantri, District Coordinator, Vibhag Sangathan Mantri, State Co-Minister, State Vice President, State President, and member of the National Working Committee.

A significant episode from his life of struggle dates back to 1990. At that time, he was serving as Vibhag Sangathan Mantri of ABVP in Bulandshahr. He showed black flags in protest at Rajiv Gandhi's rally. Following this protest, he had to go to jail. His spirit of struggle for the organization and ideology remains a topic of discussion among party workers even today.

Since 2018, Singh has been serving as State Co-Convener in the BJP's Teachers Cell. Over the four-decade-long journey, positions and circumstances kept changing, but his dedication as a worker and his loyalty to the organization never wavered.
