Woman killed, son critically injured as car hits motorcycle on Bulandshahr highway
A woman died and her son was critically injured when a car struck their motorcycle on a highway in Bulandshahr district.
The accident took place at Kailash Hospital cut on Highway 34 in Kotwali Khurja Nagar area.
The deceased was identified as 45-year-old Sharada Devi, a resident of village Parpa in Dhaulana police station area of Hapur district.
Sharada Devi was returning after visiting her ailing mother in village Jehrana in Aligarh when the car hit the motorcycle she was riding with her son.
Her son is undergoing treatment in critical condition.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem and are proceeding with further action.
