Sumit Giri's family defends him amid Pappu Yadav attack allegations

Bulandshahr: The family of Sumit Giri, accused in the Delhi incident involving politician Pappu Yadav, has come forward to defend him. Sumit’s mother claims her son is innocent, stating that he left home earlier in the day with his lunch box for work and had no involvement in the alleged attack.

Speaking to the media, Sumit’s mother said, “We only found out that Sumit was in Delhi after seeing his photo in the news. The allegations made by Pappu Yadav about a murder conspiracy are completely baseless.” She has appealed for her son’s release, insisting he is being wrongly implicated.
