Snake Spotted In Sahpau Classroom, Students Evacuated Safely

Panic broke out at Janata Inter College in Sahpau on Tuesday after a snake suddenly appeared inside a classroom while studies were going on, prompting teachers to immediately move the children out and avert any possible accident.

The incident took place at the college located in the town. According to the information available, students were present in the classroom when the snake was spotted. As soon as they saw it, the boys and girls in the class became frightened and raised an alarm to alert the teachers.

The teachers acted quickly and took precautions without delay. They safely brought all the children out of the classroom, ensuring that no student remained near the snake. This quick response helped prevent any untoward incident inside the classroom.

After receiving information about the matter, the college principal, Akhlesh Chand Yadav, informed snake rescuer KP Singh. On being alerted, KP Singh reached the college and, with considerable care, safely caught the snake.

Once the snake was captured, the college administration, teachers and students breathed a sigh of relief. The situation in the campus returned to normal only after the snake was removed from the classroom.

Snake rescuer KP Singh said that after being caught safely, the snake was released in a forest area away from human habitation. He also appealed to people not to try to catch or kill a snake on their own if one is seen in a house, school or any other place.

KP Singh said such information should be given to the Forest Department or to a trained snake rescuer, so that the snake can be rescued safely and any unpleasant incident can be avoided.

As the news of a snake being found inside the college spread among people nearby, the incident remained a topic of discussion in the campus for some time.
