Railways Announces 11 Special Trains to Bihar Ahead of Diwali, Chhath

Ahead of Diwali and the Chhath festival, the Railways has announced special trains for passengers travelling to Bihar amid rising demand. According to the report, information has been provided about 11 special trains that will run on different routes to make travel more convenient for passengers.

The report also mentions the announcement of two special trains from Punjab to Bihar. These trains will run via Saharanpur, Bareilly, Gorakhpur and Siwan. The services are being planned in view of the expected increase in the number of passengers travelling to Bihar during the festive period.

During Diwali and Chhath, the number of passengers coming to Bihar from Delhi, Punjab, Gujarat, Maharashtra and other states increases. The availability of additional trains could help reduce the pressure on regular train services and provide more travel options to passengers.

Passengers have been advised to check the train number, departure date, stoppages and ticket availability before beginning their journey. These details should be verified through the Railways’ official website or NTES.

The operation of the special trains and their timetable may be different for each route. Passengers should therefore confirm the latest information before making travel plans. The announcements are aimed at helping people travelling to Bihar during the Diwali and Chhath period.
