Pharmacy students from Paramarth College visit Yakult facility to learn production processes

Pharmacy students from Paramarth College of Pharmacy, part of ATMS Group of Institutions, undertook an educational and industrial visit to the Yakult Industry facility in Sonipat. The visit was organized to provide students with practical knowledge of industrial processes while familiarizing them with the operational procedures and quality standards followed in the industry.

During the visit, students gained close insights into various industrial processes including the production process, quality control, quality assurance, packaging, cleanliness and hygiene standards. Industry experts provided students with important information related to production and quality matters. The students engaged in discussions with the experts on different topics and also received answers to their questions.

On this occasion, Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Director General of ATMS Group, encouraged students to actively participate in such industrial visits. He emphasized the importance of gaining exposure to real-world industrial environments as part of their pharmaceutical education.

Dr. Alok Pratap Singh, Principal of the college, said that industry exposure in pharmacy education provides students with an opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills while understanding the actual working methods of pharmaceutical and related industries. He highlighted that such visits bridge the gap between theoretical classroom learning and practical industry operations, preparing students better for their future careers in the pharmaceutical sector.

The educational trip to the Yakult Industry in Sonipat was conducted as part of the college's ongoing efforts to enhance the practical training component of pharmacy education at Hapur.
