The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final May 2026 examination today, June 18. Along with the results, the institute has released the list of top-performing candidates. Noor Singla from Patiala has emerged as the All India Rank (AIR) 1 holder, achieving an outstanding score of 83.17%.
Ritij Saraf from Howrah secured AIR 2 with a score of 79.17%, while Sohan Anil Manjrekar claimed AIR 3 with 78.83%. Candidates who appeared for the examination can access their results on the official ICAI websites.
Pass Percentage Details
ICAI has also shared the pass percentage for the CA Final May 2026 examination. The data is as follows:
- Group I:
- Candidates appeared: 54,606
- Candidates passed: 6,555
- Pass percentage: 12%
- Group II:
- Candidates appeared: 42,573
- Candidates passed: 8,725
- Pass percentage: 20.49%
- Both Groups:
- Candidates appeared: 23,776
- Candidates passed: 3,345
- Pass percentage: 14.07%

Candidates can follow these steps to download their scorecards:
1. Visit the official ICAI website.
2. Click on the CA Final result link available on the homepage.
3. Enter the roll number, registration number, and captcha code.
4. Click on the submit button.
5. View and download the result displayed on the screen for future reference.
Passing Criteria and Distinction
To qualify for the CA Final examination, candidates must score at least 40 marks in each subject and secure 50% marks in aggregate. Those obtaining 70% or more marks in aggregate are awarded the "Pass with Distinction" status, which is also mentioned on their result cards.
The CA Final May 2026 examinations were conducted from May 2 to May 12, 2026. Along with the results, ICAI has also released the merit list and detailed pass percentage statistics.
