Muzaffarnagar SSP Holds Public Hearing, Orders Priority Resolution Of Complaints

Senior Superintendent of Police Sanjay Kumar Verma held a public hearing at his office located in the Kacheri in Muzaffarnagar district on Friday, focusing on law and order issues and the resolution of problems faced by the general public.

During the hearing, complainants from different areas of the district reached the SSP’s office and placed their problems and complaints before him. SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma listened to the grievances of the complainants seriously and took information from the concerned officers regarding the issues raised.

He directed the concerned officials to ensure that the complaints are resolved on a priority basis. The SSP also instructed the officers that no negligence of any kind should be shown in addressing public problems, and that efforts should be made to provide justice to the complainants in a time-bound manner.

Along with the public hearing, SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma also disposed of departmental work in the office. He also reviewed necessary matters related to the police department.
