Indian Diaspora in Rwanda Hails PM Modi’s Leadership

The Indian Community in Rwanda, together with The Diplomatic Club–Africa Division, has extended its heartfelt congratulations to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, on the successful completion of 12 years of transformative and visionary leadership.

In an official message addressed to the Prime Minister, Dr. Saurabh Singhal, Head of the Rwanda Chapter of The Diplomatic Club–Africa Division, praised Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to visionary governance, policy stability, economic reforms, and digital innovation. The organization acknowledged that these initiatives have played a significant role in strengthening India’s position as a leading force in the global economy.

The congratulatory message described the completion of 12 years in office as a historic milestone that reflects both Prime Minister Modi’s visionary leadership and the unwavering trust placed in him by the people of India.

The Diplomatic Club commended the Prime Minister for providing strong direction to India’s commerce, industry, and enterprise sectors while implementing transformative initiatives that have empowered millions of citizens across the country. The organization also highlighted his efforts to create meaningful opportunities for the global Indian diaspora to actively participate in India’s development journey.

Special emphasis was placed on the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047” (Developed India 2047), which was described as an inspiring roadmap for the nation’s future. The message also acknowledged the significant strengthening of India-Africa relations under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, particularly in the areas of trade, digital innovation, manufacturing, capacity building, and economic cooperation.

Expressing his appreciation to members of the Indian community and well-wishers, Dr. Saurabh Singhal stated that the Indian diaspora continues to uphold the values of unity, service, and national pride while remaining deeply connected to India’s growth story.
