Head-on motorcycle collision kills one, injures three in Pratapgarh

The accident took place around six in the evening on the Bhupiamau-Prithviganj road when two motorcycles collided head-on with tremendous force. The impact was so severe that both motorcycles were completely mangled and reduced to fragments.

According to reports, one motorcyclist was traveling on the road when another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction collided with him with great force. Immediately after the crash, chaos and screams broke out at the scene.

Uttam Singh died on the spot in the accident. Three others, Suraj Soni, Sachin Umar Vaishya and Injam, sustained serious injuries in the collision.

Local residents informed the police about the incident. On receiving the information, police reached the spot and sent the injured to a hospital for treatment. The police took possession of the body of the deceased and have initiated necessary action. The causes of the accident are being investigated, police said.

The collision occurred on the Bhupiamau-Prithviganj road, a stretch that has witnessed traffic accidents in the past. The force of the impact left both vehicles completely destroyed. Authorities are examining the circumstances that led to the fatal head-on crash as part of their ongoing investigation.
