Residents showed vaccination cards and related details to the municipal team before completing the registration process. Resident Anuj Jain also submitted documents related to the registration of his two pet dogs. According to the municipal team, the documents are being used to prepare a record of pet dogs in the society, including how many have already been registered.

A street dog catcher vehicle also reached the society during the camp. The team moved around the premises and checked the street dogs present there. According to the team, the street dogs were found to be in order and their sterilisation and vaccination process had already been completed, so none of them was taken away by the vehicle.

RWA manager Rahul Tyagi repeatedly posted messages in the society WhatsApp group, asking residents to register their pet dogs. Residents Vishal Big and Arvind Singhal thanked the municipal corporation for holding the camp and said both the RWA and the corporation should maintain a clear record of pet dogs, vaccination and registration status.

Residents also raised concerns about dog bite incidents and said safety rules should be followed while taking pet dogs around the society. They said muzzles should be used when required, care should be taken in lifts, and information should be maintained on whether any dangerous or prohibited breed is present. Municipal staff said pet dog registration can also be completed online through the Ghaziabad 311 website, and warned that action may be taken if registration is not completed.
