Free health camp brings healthcare to Kishanpur Baral village in Baraut

A free medical camp was organized at Kishanpur Baral village in Baraut in memory of late Professor Rajpal Singh Tomar. The camp was jointly conducted by the Chaudhary Kehar Singh Educational Trust and Baraut Medicity Hospital, aiming to provide essential healthcare services to residents of the rural area. Dr Rajkumar Sangwan, Member of Parliament from Bagpat, graced the occasion as chief guest and inspected the arrangements while appreciating the hospital's efforts in delivering health services to the local community.

The camp offered comprehensive health check-ups and medical consultations to villagers free of cost. Services included oxygen level monitoring, blood pressure and sugar testing, consultations with general physicians, women's health counseling, specialist medical advice, and eye examinations. Following the examinations, necessary medicines were distributed to patients at no charge, and those who underwent eye tests received free spectacles to address their vision needs.

Speaking at the event, MP Dr Rajkumar Sangwan emphasized that a healthy society forms the foundation of a strong nation. He praised such free health camps in rural areas for their commendable work in bringing better healthcare facilities to common people. He urged citizens to adopt healthy lifestyles and undergo regular health check-ups. During the camp, doctors also raised awareness about disease prevention, proper nutrition, and the importance of maintaining healthy living habits.

The medical team at the camp was led by Dr Manish Tomar, Secretary of the Trust, and Dr Geetanjali Tomar, Director of Baraut Medicity Hospital. Other medical professionals present included Dr Tarun Tomar, Dr Shashya Tomar, Dr Kapil Tomar, Dr R K Chaudhary, Dr Akhilesh Kumar, and optometrist Ankur Gupta. Organizers stated that the primary objective of such health camps is to extend better healthcare services to rural populations and create awareness about health and wellness in underserved communities.
