Global sensation BTS has added new concert dates in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Bulacan, Philippines, as part of their ongoing ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG.’ The announcement comes in response to overwhelming fan demand, with the group’s management confirming the additional shows via social media.
In Jakarta, BTS will now perform an extra concert on December 29 at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium. Originally, the Jakarta leg of the tour was scheduled for December 26 and 27, but the massive interest from fans has led to this third date being added. Similarly, in Bulacan, an additional show has been scheduled for March 16, 2024, at the Philippine Sports Stadium. The group was initially set to perform there on March 13 and 14, but the new date ensures more fans can experience their electrifying live performances.
This isn’t the first time BTS has expanded their schedule for the ‘ARIRANG’ world tour. Earlier this year, additional shows were announced for cities like Tampa, Florida; Stanford, California; Las Vegas; Lima, Peru; Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Melbourne, Australia. The tour has been met with unprecedented enthusiasm globally, with tickets selling out within hours in many locations.
BTS most recently performed at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium over the weekend, delivering yet another unforgettable experience for their fans. Their next stop is Madrid, Spain, where they are set to perform on June 26 and 27. With the addition of new dates, the group continues to solidify their status as one of the world’s most sought-after live acts, ensuring fans across continents get a chance to witness their magic firsthand.
The extended tour highlights the group’s commitment to connecting with their global fanbase, offering more opportunities for ARMYs to see them live. As anticipation builds for upcoming shows, BTS’s ability to adapt to fan demand further cements their position as a powerhouse in the music industry.
