Bharat Tex 2026: India's Biggest Global Textile Fair On July 14-17

Bharat Tex 2026, billed as India's biggest global textile event, will be held from July 14 to 17, 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation with support from the Union Ministry of Textiles, the event aims to showcase the breadth and diversity of India's entire textile ecosystem on a single global stage.

Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 5F vision — Farm to Fibre to Factory to Fashion to Foreign — the third edition positions itself as a major international platform for business, investment, global sourcing, innovation, policy dialogue and strategic partnerships across the textile value chain. It brings together manufacturers, exporters, global buyers, brands, investors, policymakers, designers, artisans and start-ups.

Organisers expect over 7,000 buyers, 1.30 lakh trade visitors, more than 20,000 textile products and an exhibition area spread across 16 lakh square feet. More than 1,600 exhibitors will display across dedicated halls for fibre, yarn, fabric, apparel and fashion, home textiles, technical textiles and allied industries, with special showcases of clusters like Tiruppur, Ichalkaranji and Ahmedabad.

Eight sponsor states — Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu — are taking part, with nine more states and UTs as exhibitors. Over 350 speakers from more than 20 countries, a dedicated international pavilion, and 100-plus knowledge sessions covering exports, sustainability, Industry 5.0 and global sourcing trends round out the programme, with a focus on helping MSMEs and emerging exporters compete in global markets.
