Amethi Police said the Women Police Station helped 02 married couples agree to live together again after counselling in disputes between husbands and wives.
Describing it as commendable work by Amethi district police, the note said the khaki force is not only strengthening law and order but also helping strengthen relationships.
Under “Mission Shakti” for women’s safety, women’s dignity and women’s self-reliance, Deepshikha Singh, Station House Officer of the Women Police Station, along with her team, heard complaints related to ongoing disputes between husbands and wives.
According to the note, the team worked to resolve the problems and explained to the husbands and wives about living together. After this, 02 married couples agreed happily and mutually to stay together and went home. They also thanked Amethi Police.
