Assembly: Governor Arlekar Hails Double Rendering of National Anthem, Calls It Dawn of a New Era Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Thursday, June 18, 2026, commended the unprecedented practice of rendering the National Anthem at both the beginning and conclusion
