मराठा आरक्षण के लिए आंदोलन कर रहे मनोज जरांगे पाटिल ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार को 12 सूत्रीय मांग पत्र सौंपने के बाद अपनी भूख हड़ताल खत्म कर दी। उन्होंने मराठा समुदाय के लिए अलग मंत्रालय बनाने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया। यह फैसला मंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे-पाटिल और बीजेपी एमएलसी प्रसाद लाड के साथ चर्चा के बाद लिया गया।
Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange Patil ended his hunger strike after submitting a 12-point demand charter to the Maharashtra government. The decision followed discussions with Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil and BJP MLC Prasad Lad at his native village. Patil emphasized the need for a dedicated Ministry for the Maratha community.
