Types of Corrections

Updates

News stories often evolve as new information becomes available.

When substantial new information is added after publication, the article may be updated with a note indicating the update.

Retractions

In rare circumstances where an article is found to be fundamentally inaccurate or unreliable, NewsDarpan may remove or retract the content and publish an explanation.
