Preity Zinta Moves into Luxury Pali Hill Apartment with Rs 6 Lakh Monthly Rent

Bollywood actor Preity G Zinta has leased a high-end apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area, Bandra (West), for a period of two years. The apartment, situated in the Art Veda building, spans 1,500 sq. ft. and includes an additional parking space of 100 sq. ft. The rental agreement, signed with MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd, will commence on May 27, 2026.

According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Zinta will pay a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh for the first year, which will increase to Rs 6.5 lakh per month in the second year. The agreement also includes a security deposit of Rs 27 lakh.

This move comes after Zinta sold her previous apartment in the same Pali Hill locality earlier this year for Rs 18.50 crore. The property had been handed over to her in April 2025 following the redevelopment of her old building. Notably, this was her second real estate transaction within four months; in November 2025, she sold a 1,474 sq. ft. unit in the Rustomjee Parishram building for over Rs 14 crore.

Additionally, Zinta sold another apartment on March 2, 2026, in the same Rustomjee Parishram building. This 1,770 sq. ft. unit was purchased by Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

On the professional front, Preity Zinta is preparing for her upcoming film, *Batwara 1947*. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, the movie features Shabana Azmi, Sunny Deol, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh. Set against the backdrop of Partition, the film explores themes of courage, resilience, and sacrifice during a time of widespread violence and uncertainty.
