The Ministry of Law and Justice will hold a Regional Workshop under the DISHA scheme and 'Reforms Utsav' on June 15, 2026, at Govt. Degree College Auditorium, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
The event aims to enhance access to justice, promote legal awareness, and showcase reforms in the justice sector over the past twelve years.
The workshop will feature the launch of 'Nyaya Prabodh - Awakening to Justice,' a year-long legal awareness campaign focusing on constitutional rights and responsibilities.
Activities under this initiative include 'Know Your Rights in 90 Seconds,' 'Nyaya Quiz,' and a 'Pro Bono Pledge' encouraging legal professionals to assist vulnerable communities.
Himachal Pradesh National Law University will present its pro bono initiatives, with faculty and students sharing experiences in community legal services.
A documentary and live interactions will highlight the impact of the Tele-Law initiative, which uses technology to deliver legal services at the grassroots level.
'Reforms Utsav' will showcase achievements in judicial infrastructure, digital court transformation, legal aid, and citizen-centric justice delivery.
