A major action by the Lokayukta in Banda, Sagar district, caused a stir this morning after the Lokayukta Jabalpur team carried out raids at Bara Chauraha.
According to the information available, the team raided the house of Komal Chandra Jain (Shahgarh वालों), Vidyasagar Medical, and the ancestral residence of a GST officer located at Bara Chauraha in Banda town.
Sources said the Lokayukta team reached Bara Chauraha this morning following a complaint. A heavy police force and an ambulance were also present with the team during the action.
