LG Launches French Door Refrigerators with Auto Ice Maker in India, Starting at Rs 1.18 Lakh

LG Electronics has introduced a new range of French Door Refrigerators in India, featuring an Auto Ice Maker in the 83.82 cm (33-inch) width segment. Announced in New Delhi on June 18, the premium lineup is designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern Indian households by combining advanced cooling technologies, intelligent storage solutions, and sleek designs.

The refrigerators in this range are available in capacities between 574 litres and 610 litres, offering 24/7 on-demand ice. They come in premium Glass and Steel finishes to complement contemporary kitchen aesthetics. The four-door design places the refrigerator section at the top and the freezer at the bottom, ensuring better accessibility and organisation. Wide shelves provide ample space for large containers, while the design also minimises cold air loss.

Key features of the lineup include InstaView technology, which allows users to see inside the refrigerator with two quick knocks, and a FreshConverter+ compartment with adjustable temperature settings for different food types. The Auto Ice Maker, equipped with a refillable water tank, ensures continuous ice production, while a built-in water dispenser provides easy access to chilled water. Other highlights include Door Cooling+ technology for faster and uniform cooling, Hygiene Fresh+ to reduce bacteria and odours, and Smart Learner technology that adjusts cooling based on usage patterns.

Additional features include Express Freeze for rapid cooling when required and LG ThinQ Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and control.
