West Bengal Launches Annapurna Yojana for Women Empowerment

West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has officially launched the Annapurna Yojana, a welfare scheme designed to support women in the state. Under the initiative, 28,25,769 verified beneficiaries have been enrolled on a dedicated portal, ensuring transparency and efficient implementation. Each beneficiary will receive ₹3,000 as monthly financial aid in the first phase of the program.
